The restaurant “La Casetta” was born in 1962 from a second half of 19th century stable. Upon that time, there were quite a few restaurants in Spoleto and even less along Via Flaminia where, during the first years of “Festival dei due Mondi”, you could meet artists, vocalists, dancers and other festival people. In the beginning there was a single room and its author had had the idea to build up a porch, today restored and embellished in order to make “La Casetta” more roomy and comfortable. In 1984, Mr. Luciano Tulipani becomes the owner and creates the outdoor space where it is possible to eat during the summer.
