Appetisers:
In Sploeto, cold cuts are unique; “crostini” (typical bread) with patè made by ourselves, you can taste cheese, “frittatine” fries, home made pizza and delicious dry sausages.

First dishes:
Our cook makes a hand made pasta every day: strengozzi, fettuccine, cappelletti, using mattarello and then hand distended. The pasta can be dressed with black truffle from Norcia, forest asparagus sauce, mushrooms, artichokes according to season.

Second dishes:
Our speciality is the cinder cooked meat in the fireplace placed in the main room, where “chef” give his best with lamb “alla scottadito” steaks, sausages and other meat finally with “pecorino” (typical sheep cheese) on the cinder which togheter with filetto made according to “our way” by our cook Anna are already historycal.

Sweets:
Also here there are golden hands of Anna who prepares delicious sweets as “crescionda”, “mattonella”, “king salam”, “roses with jam” followed by a glass of “sagrantino” raisin wine.

Canteen:
Beside italian classical wines well known in the world, our canteen is supplied with best regional wines like Grechetto, Orvieto, Torre di Giano, Rubesco, Rosso di Montefalco and Sagrantino di Montefalco, and finally “house wine” (form farmer).
